Our Farrah Collection is comprised of stone beads made from black obsidian spaced evenly with decorative 18 carat gold plated beads. Its a very pretty bracelet and far more petite in size of bead than other pieces we stock.
WHAT IS BLACK OBSIDIAN?
Black Obsidian is easily compared to the Agate stone. With similar chalcedony traits, the only difference between the two stones is the form of bands found within each stone. Obsidian typically has black and white parallel bands, while Agate has multi-coloured curved bands of colour within each stone.
Black Obsidian is said to bring benefit to balancing your inner energies. It is also believed that this particular stone helps lessen headache symptoms, while being beneficial for teeth, bones, bone marrow and blood disorders.
